About FBLG
FBLG LLC runs a customs control zone in Choir, Sumber soum, Govisümber province. Trucks and rail wagons are received at one fenced site, and the cargo stays under customs control until it is released.

Registration and weighing
Every truck and wagon is registered at the gate and its documents are checked. Trucks are weighed on the truck scale and wagons on the wagon scale, on the way in and on the way out.
Customs inspection
Customs officers inspect the cargo in a separate inspection area. Our staff open, unload and reload it for them.
Temporary storage
Cargo waiting for clearance or for onward transport is kept in the fenced yard. Each consignment is stored separately and every movement in and out is recorded.
Transloading
Coal and other cargo is moved between trucks and rail wagons inside the zone, without leaving customs control.
Security
The zone is fenced and guarded. Cameras cover the gate, the scales and the yard.
How it works
Trucks and trains go through the same steps. What customs checks depends on the cargo and the customs procedure.
Arrival and registration
The truck or train arrives at the gate. We register the vehicle or wagons and the cargo.
Weighing
Trucks drive onto the truck scale and wagons go over the wagon scale. The weight is recorded.
Documents and inspection
The cargo documents are checked. Where needed, customs officers inspect the cargo and our staff unload and reload it.
Temporary storage
Cargo that has to wait for clearance or transport is kept in the yard under customs control.
Transloading
Cargo that continues by another mode is moved from trucks to wagons or from wagons to trucks.
Release
Once customs releases the cargo, trucks are weighed again and leave the zone, and wagons go on by rail.

Wagons come into the zone on a rail siding. Trucks enter through the road gate.
